The Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Alliance des Patronats Francophones (APF), has the honor to invite all members to participate in the historic Francophone Entrepreneurs Forum (La Rencontre des Entrepreneurs Francophones - REF 2026) to be held in Phnom Penh. Held as a side event of the 20th Francophonie Summit—marking the first time this prestigious forum takes place in Southeast Asia—the event is organized under the theme “Innovation: Catalysts for a Sustainable and Integrated Francophonie.” The forum will run from November 13 to 15, 2026, bringing together over 1,000 CEOs, senior executives, investors, and policymakers from more than 37 countries.
The Forum aims to translate multilateral diplomatic ties into measurable trade, strategic investments, and concrete business partnerships between Francophone nations and dynamic ASEAN markets.
