In complying with the Directive on Regulation in the Chamber of Commerce wherein Section 2. Stated that the Composition of Chamber of Commerce consists of The Elected Member and The Advisory Member.

Whereas Section 3 Paragraph 1. quoted that the elected member shall be a Cambodian nationality and shall be elected through the running election in complying with the legislative procedure of The Sub-Decree on The Mechanism and the organizational election of the Chamber of E-commerce.

In Section 4. clarified that Advisory Members have been appointed regarding to the President requesting the notification from Minister of Commerce, who are selected within the representative of the enterprise, and the representative of the enterprise staff related to the limitation of the Ministry of Commerce.

The number of the advisory member shall not be over than the elected member.
